A Carsonism

About six months ago, I was talking to Carson about how his Grandmother tried to read him stories when he was a toddler. At that time, he had no interest in sitting still beside Grandma on the sofa to hear a story. His nickname, from a very young age has been Motorboy, for good reason. His response to this anecdote was that he's a "playboy, not a sitboy."

Thankfully, these days, he loves to be read to. In fact, witholding story time from him at bedtime is about the worst thing that can happen to him (in his opinion).
